Das Spritzgießen nutzt die thermophysikalischen Eigenschaften von Kunststoffen, um Rohmaterialien im Zylinder effizient zu schmelzen und zu homogenisieren. In diesem Prozess entstehen Spritzgussteile in mehreren Schritten: Einspritzen, Füllen, Druckhalten und Abkühlen. Die Spritzgießmaschine wird von einer Ölpumpe und einem Motor angetrieben, die wesentliche Bestandteile ihres hydraulischen Antriebssystems sind. Ein optimal abgestimmtes elektrisches Steuerungssystem und ein ebensolches hydraulisches Getriebe gewährleisten, dass die Maschine die Prozessanforderungen erfüllt und verschiedene programmierte Aktionen optimal ausführt.
